I bought this pillow in 2023 for my daughter, who was born with almost her entire cervical spine fused. She’s 7 now and won’t go anywhere without it! The pillow is very durable, firm, and comfortable—great for both back and side sleepers. She no longer wakes up with neck discomfort.
You can remove a piece inside to adjust head and neck support to your preference. The pillowcase is breathable, easy to remove and clean, with a durable zipper. I like to use an additional silk pillowcase for extra protection, to prevent skin irritation and maintain healthy hair, though my daughter prefers the original pillowcase.
I’m buying a second one now just to replace this one, as all pillows should be replaced every 2 years.

Sometimes sleeping on the back, sometimes on the side, stiff neck mornings made it time for a new pillow. After some research, the Queen size was ordered. After the first night, neck and shoulder pain were gone—really. About a week in, it felt a little firm for side sleeping, but the pillow includes a small removable oval insert on the back; taking it out per the instructions softened the neck support, and the result has been excellent.
